Excessive Matting & Tangling
An additional £25 charge may apply to extension removal appointments where excessive matting, tangled roots or significant detangling requires additional time and care.
This allows us to safely remove your extensions while prioritising the condition of your natural hair. Any additional charge will be communicated before proceeding.
